All India Santal Welfare and Cultural Society held a meeting at N Murmu Resource Centre - Golabari Math, Tapan (D Dinajpur) to strengthen and empower women's and traditional tribal leaders' groups. The two day meeting concluded with an all night cultural function. Haimanti Hembrom and her father were the star artistes. M Mardi spoke on Santal Culture.
