Basanta Utsab

This is the 5th year of the Raiganj Basanta Utsab. An extremely lively and colourful procession, cultural programme, colours and, of course, lunch! The DM Anuj Chakraborty, SP of Uttar Dinajpur, Chairman Raiganj Municipality and hundreds of young people and their parents attended.
